Terms and Conditions
You and your dog’s safety are our number one priority. By making a booking for a
session at Seaview meadow you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and
Conditions. Any violation to these Terms and Conditions may lead to removal of
all future rights to use the meadow.
The Booking

• All bookings and payments are to be made via the Seaview meadow website at time of booking –the meadow can only be used once it has been booked and paid for.

• Booked sessions are non refundable.

• No more than 6 dogs per session are permitted.

• If a session needs to be cancelled please give us 24hrs notice and we will reschedule your session.

• Seaview meadow retains the right to shut at short notice due to extreme weather conditions or if they deem opening to be unsafe,in these circumstances a full refund will be offered.

• Bookings are non-transferable to other people.

• Please DO NOT arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot.

• You will receive a 4 digit code for the gate prior to your session (via email) It is your responsibility to ensure you have the gate code before arrival.

Xl Bullies /DDA dog

It is the owners responsibility to follow Goverment guidlines.

You MUST drive onto the field, shut the gate and use the supplied chain and caribiner (hanging on right side of gate) to ensure no one can enter the field before you let dogs out of car.

The banned breed must have its own handler and be a sole dog or with other dogs from same household only

You agree to provide the required insurance documents in the event of a claim.

The Meadow
• We will not be held responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, injury, death
or damage to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using
Seaview meadow
• It is the hirer's responsibility to check the suitability of the meadow before
letting their dog off lead.
• The Meadow’s perimeter fencing is checked daily to ensure security, if you
have any concerns or to report and damages please notify us by emailing info@seaviewmeadow.

com.
• Seaview meadow is in a rural location resulting in certain hazards, including
but not exclusively wild animal burrows, uneven ground and slippery/muddy
conditions in certain weather conditions. Please be prepared for this and wear suitable footwear.
• On arrival at Seaview meadow please park in the waiting area, wait for the
previous customer to vacate, then enter the meadow and park on the hard
standing inside the enclosed meadow .
• Please close the gate behind you when entering and exiting the meadow.
Only enter or drive into the meadow when the previous dog owner has
exited .
• There is a poo bin on the outside of the meadow please bag your waste and once dogs are safely in your vehicle use the bin while opening gate to leave .
Failure to pick up your dog’s poo may lead to removal of all future rights to use the meadow.

   We have a No smoking policy within the meadow cigarette butts can be toxic to dogs.
• No litter/ uneaten treats/ debris from dog toys is to be dropped or left in
the meadow. Please remove all toys and training aids when leaving. Please

keep this a clean and safe environment.
• All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owner’s own
risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, accidents, or damage whilst
on the property.
• Excessive digging, biting of fencing and intended damage to the equipment
is not acceptable. If your dog digs a hole please back fill to prevent an
escape route or an injury to others.
• CCTV is in operation at the entrance to the meadow this is checked daily.

• Please do not remove any items from the meadow or field shelter

The Owner/Handler
• Please arrive and leave the meadow promptly and on time.
• Children are welcome at Seaview meadow but must be always supervised by
an adult. Please do not allow them to climb on any fence gate or seating.
Do not leave them alone in the meadow. Seaview meadow is not liable
for any accident or injury and the responsibility remains entirely with the
hirer/user.
• A maximum of 3 vehicles and 6 dogs are allowed in Seaview
meadow during a session.
• We welcome professional dog walkers, and they can bring up to 6 dogs per
booked time slot.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, excessive noise/barking will not be tolerated and may lead to future bookings being refused.
• We will not be held responsible for any injury or illness contracted by any
dog or person who uses the meadow.
The Dog’s Health and Welfare

• In keeping with the law you are entirely responsible for your dogs safety and the law states you should be in control of your dogs at all times.

• Please ensure your dog(s) are up-to-date with worm treatments before
using our fields for the health and safety of other dogs and people. If your
dog or any dog it lives with, is showing signs of kennel cough, diarrhoea or
vomiting you must cancel your session. If this is later than the 24 hours
please contact us directly and we will reschedule
your session.
• Please ensure that your dog(s) are checked and treated regularly against
fleas & ticks.
• We will not be held responsible for any dog jumping the fence or escaping
from the meadow. The Owner/Handler is held responsible for the dog at all
times whilst on the property.
• Do not leave your dog unattended in the meadow at any time.
• Harsh handling of dogs either verbal or physical is not allowed.

• All dogs should be insured under owner's insurance

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.

All personal information held is necessary for the booking process
